Would you like to share your creativity with the rest of the world? Well here at PSD4YOU, we allow user submitted tutorials to be featured on our site. Just send your tutorial to psd4you@gmail.com. If your tutorial is one of the 10 we choose for the day, you will be notified. Your submission will only be taken into consideration for a week. If you are not notified within a week of submission that yours has been chosen, you may assume that it wasn't, and rights of ownership will be returned to he/she who submitted it.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
This is an agreement between you and PSD4YOU and signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as well as your consent and release for the use of your Photo in advertising, marketing and other uses as described in this agreement.
Individuals may register (create an “Account”) in the Program from the PSD4YOU website. There is no charge or fee to enroll. Participation instructions are clearly stated on the Website.
Please be sure that your photo does not contain any visible logos, drawings, cartoons, photographs, pictures, phrases or trademarks (other than those of PSD4YOU) or other third party materials. Please do not submit any photo unless you have shot it yourself or have obtained all necessary rights from the person who shot it. Photos must comply with the terms of this agreement and the Code of Conduct identified below.
PSD4YOU will combine a selection of these photos to create a mosaic. The User has no claim to their photos actually being used in the mosaic. The User has no right to compensation for their photos.
By uploading photos to the website, the user grants PSD4YOU the right, for the duration of this agreement and free of charge, to save the photos, in their entirety or in part, convert the photos to alternative file formats and to display them publicly on the aforementioned website.
