Coach Osiris Nalls
Head Coach Osiris Nalls has been coaching at the varsity level at The Land for over 6 years to this date. A graduate of Granada Hills High School and UC San Bernadino, Coach Nalls has gained an array of basketball experience. Coach Nalls and The Land made an appearance to the "Final Four" of the City Sectionals and a semi-finals appearance in the state tournament against Westchester High School. In the 2009-2010 season, under the direction of Nalls, Cleveland suffered an even record of 5-5, while still placing 2nd in league standings. As for the 2010-2011 season, a good run in summer league and fall league prove Cleveland to be a contender in the city and state section once again.
Coach Laud
Assistant Coach Laud has been coaching alongside Head Coach Nalls for a number of years now. He offers personal sideline help to each player as they come to the bench after committing mistakes in the game. Coach Laud does not only assist Coach Nalls on the basketball court, but also teaches a U.S. History course at Cleveland. He keeps the basketball players in his class on a rigorous curriculum, for it is only right that they receive this extra push.
